Again, karboneye (www.karboneye.com) The cheapest is 20 a month with 100 MB of space, 10 e-Mails, 100 aliases, 5 GB transfer, ftp, php, mysql, postgresql...

They are a great service. And are also the cheapest in domain registration I have seen.
