what is the best cocoa book/resource?

I would like to start programming in Cocoa so I can make true OS X applications. I have been using REALbasic up until now and I still love it. But, I still want to learn Cocoa. What is the best book or resource to start with for a programmer with relatively no experience in C development and new to the MacOS X frameworks.
