When is next version of Dev. Tools?

Does anyone know if there is a new version of Dev. Tools coming down the pipe anytime soon? I know I've made several interface suggestions for Project Builder. There are a few other little things I keep hoping for. (i.e. native Aqua TK support for TCL or Python)

I know the last update was July with a minor one with 10.2. So it seems like a major one might be coming soon.

Wasn't it rather so that the July release was just a beta of the ProjectBuilder 2.0 release that came in August? With major releases quarterly the next major one should arrive by the end of november / early December.
