When I download files off the net
The instillation instructions often say change CHOMID
or something spelt similar to that.
How, I know that it is something to do with read / write access but don't know how to change it.
Do I alter the code or is it something that I do to the file with the FTP client that I use.
I need this as I want to add forums, password access and other features to my site.
Can anyone help?
