Hey, if I can get the source code, would some one be willing to port he linux version of this to mac os X ?

This will need a rewrite, not a port. This application appears to be written in Delphi/Kylix. The source would help a little, but one could write a client after spending a little time in a packet sniffer.
I'm not interested in porting this application, as I have no use for it. Just thought I'd give anyone that was considering doing it a heads up about Delphi/Kylix.

but mac gamers around the world would love you for it, i'd give up a donation as i bet tons of others would to. theres isnlt 1 mac game/voice chat app oput there..... please?

There are plenty of people who are willing to help port it. The developers won't release any source to anyone else. That's the problem right now. You get the source code and provide it to someone in the forums who's willing and you'll be well on your way to TS for the Mac.
I solve the problem by simply playing games in the same room as my friends.
