Through the ADC I've noticed there was a December 2002 Developer Tools release.

After four years of broadband, I now only have dial-up access and therefor the 301.2MB download is somewhat unreasonable for me to download. And since I'm a starving future medical school student, I can't afford broadband.

However, I really would like the tools now, so I'm proposing that anyone who wishes to help me can send me a burned copy of these tools. I am willing to send reimbursement (plus a reasonable service fee) for anyone who can send me a copy through U.S. mail.

If you're near an Apple Store, you can get a free copy of 'em there.

I think you can also pay Apple $20 to have them ship you a copy. It should be in the same area where you go to download it.
