my, what a can of worms you have opened.

I like it, here's my reasons:
It's integrated, I don't need an FTP client
I'm an idiot, I like Homepage
I like to share pics, I like iPhoto publishing
I've gotten 2 free games
I got 100 free photos
I got a discount on Stuffit
I've never run into a bandwidth bill, or been cut off
iSync work sbetween both my machines
I can publish iCal calendars without 3rd party software
My address book is online
My email is web-based

I'm sure there are others, they elude me now

that was the introductory costs when it was announced. I think its still similar to that if you buy a new mac now.

When I have to give them the next installment of $99, thats going to suck!

ahh, iDisk...

i love how it freezes Finder*
i love how it often reports having 1034Mb free
i love how it corrupts movie files, sometimes
i love how it can take almost 5 minutes to upload a 250k jpeg

ahh, .mac

i love how it can take over 8 hours for my email to reach people
i love how it can take over 8 hours for peoples email to reach me
i love how it goes down so often
i love how it gets me great benefits, like... tacky games

*once, it did this so bad, i had to punch the reset switch on my iBook. nice.
