can anyone help as i have totally forgotten the code to force a page of html into its proper place in a frame set when it is called outside of the frameset

Can't you just use the 'target' to force a page to a specific frame? Something like:

[a href="A.html" target="_parent"]Click here[/a]

. Sorry if this isn't what you are looking for.
