I seem to be having troubles getting simple tables and CSS to display correctly in Safari. The pages look great in IE, and the various Mozilla related browsers, but Safari tends to increase my row sizes, replace my text and shift it.

Anyone have any tips or tricks for getting Safari to behave? or Maybe a site with Safari related tips....

Thanks.

Given that Safari is still in beta, i wouldn't worry too much about it yet. Just code to HTML spec's and you'll be compatible with the largest number of browsers. Be sure to use the appropriate DOCTYPE!

For links to HTML and CSS verifiers, as well as info on DOCTYPE, see the appropriate links on Things Webmastering. Also, iCab is a useful browser for web development as it has a built-in HTML checker (although it too is still in beta, and has rednering issues of its own). But again, if you follow HTML spec's, your problems are greatly minimized.

Do you have a link we could look at? Maybe if we can see the code we can figure out the problem.
