I'm setting up a site for a friend's tavern and, since I had multiple rollovers, I tried FireworksMX to slice up the image. Problem is I would like some of the cells in my table (the cells containing the nav buttons) to stay a fixed size when the page resizes...but they don't.

If you look at this page, and shrink your window you'll see what I mean.

I've got the nav-image cells set to a fixed height, but I want the entire table to fill the page, so it is set to a relative (100%) size. I thought a balloon-cell at the bottom would keep my nav-cells all the same size, but when you shrink the window the nav-buttons spread out. Anyone know offhand what I'm doing wrong?
I'm sure there is an obvious answer to this but I can't figure it out.

I don't see what you're describing (using iCab). It may just be the browser you're using. You aren't using some off-beat, non-standard browser like IE, are you?

Page looks pretty nice, by the way.

I would recommend using a DOCTYPE... and squashing the HTML errors and warnings:
