Hello mac developer types. I was just wondering if any of you that are familiar with OS X threads would be interested in lending a hand to the opensource project transcode. transcode is an excellent application for the processing of various video streams. just recently basic, though very incomplete OS X capatability has been made for it. there is need for some recoding though to enable a more complete form of the application.
Personally i find that transcode is a far better tool than many of the currently existing video processing tools that are offered to OS X and with more contribution could be oe of the best tools as well.
anyone who has OS X coding experience and has the time to help develop this application would be most welcome. later today i will post contact information for those interested. (that is if you do not seek such information via freshmeat.net).
thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks to those, in advance, that are willing to help out.
(so you know i have no coding skills myself so i cannot contribute but i am a dedicated user and was willing to try and obtain support for this worthy project. I am hoping though that whoever helps out i will benefit, as well, from their knowledge.)
