I have been looking for a new web host and I came across Globat. They have a better deal than what I have presently and I was just wondering if anyone uses Globat for their sites.

Yup, I have a site hosted by them. Their customer service SUCKS--don't expect an answer to your query much before Christmas--but the price is right and I've never had any trouble with my site.

I chose them because I had a lot of image files--over 300MB worth. Now they're offering 1GB webspace, which can't be beat for the price.

Have you ever had any service outages with them? The site I'm going to get hosted can't go offline.

It hasn't happened to me in the year or so I've been on it, but obviously that's no guarantee.
