There's a nice big version in the Internet pane of System Prefs -- go digging in /System/Library/PreferencePanes to find it.
Be warned, though: that image is an Apple trademark, so using it (or even something which might be construed as similar) might get Apple Legal upset. Depends mostly on how you use it.
What Rickster's too polite to say: Omniweb used to have an icon quite similar to the sphere, though created independently, and Apple sent them legal threats, forcing them to change it to the current blue and green whatsit.
