Does anyone else using GoLive find it as unstable an application as I do? I'm using GoLive 5.0 and it freezes, quits and crashes on me while doing the simplest of tasks like moving a table or editing a URL.

It did this on my old Mac running Mac OS 9.1, and now on my new Mac in classic mode as well (but now at least it can't take the whole system down with it!).

Anyone else have this experience? Is the new version any more stable? Any worthwhile alternatives?

I had some problems with GoLive for a while, but then I applied the latest patch (on OS X), deleted the preferences, and then it started working perfectly again. Try it out.

I had crashes with 6 before the patch. The crashes were actually noted as fixed in the release notes for the patch. All is well here.
