FYI: there is a DP for the new JDK on ADC.
Grab it and file any remaining bugs at bugreport.apple.com. We need to get them to whip their JDK into shape....it's getting pretty sad at this point.
signatures are a waste of bandwidth
especially ones with political tripe in them.

There are some serious fixes in this DP. There is a full team of java guys at WWDC discussing this. They showed some noticeable improvements and said that full 1.4.1 support will be perfected in Panther.
That's the problem....by the time Panther ships, Sun will have shipped "Tiger" aka JDK 1.5 several months prior. And, I would expect Apple to include it in Panther.
Also, I have used the DP, and many many many swing bugs still exist.
