Is there anyway to remember the state of a rollover so when the screen/browser is refreshed it doesn't revert to the previous state?

You could use some crazy JavaScript skills by checking all states when refreshing..but that would be CRAZY! Or maybe not. Mind if I ask why you're liking to do this?

It was an old site design that I liked but abandoned because of this problem.

I went with separate pages for each state instead ... a pain until I can experiment with iFrames.
