Can someone please help me understand how to layout/set the size of the drawer in IB, particularly the Frame and Layout Rect in Size options of the drawer.
Everytime I place items in the drawer, there is either a large space above or at the bottom and in some cases, a few buttons/fields in the drawer is completely out of view when I test the interface and is only in view when I resize the parent window.

I'm having the darndest trying to understand this.

Thanks.

Yeah, drawers are a PITA.

I've found that if you size the drawer and the contentView the same and make any adjustments pragmatically that it mostly works as expected.

Also interesting is how the layout of controls works in a drawer....

Say you've got 2 buttons, 'One' and 'Two', wholly/partially obscuring each other. If you place 'One' on top of 'Two' (select 'One'; Layout->Send to Front) the wrong one will be front-most when you run the program - 'Two' will be in front of 'One'.
