Hi,

Say I want to start a new project now and that my target OS is Jaguar and up. I would have to develop on Jaguar using Project Builder and gcc 3.1. No Xcode. Right?

XCode has "cross-development tools", so I *think* it can target 10.1, 10.2, or 10.3
