i was wonering, if someone could help me figure out how the developer has those vertical orange lines in front of his "blockquote" tags?

Is this done via CSS? if so, how?

looks like css...

.weblog blockquote, .weblog .conversation
{
margin: 20px;
padding: 0 10px;
border-left: 5px solid #FD9;
}
