Recently we have launched one website for Tours and travles, its primary requirement was the site should work on IE and NewScape,
Its working without any problme, but now a few peoples getting troubles on MAC OS. I don't know whats the problem they are facing, says that system is not working/ getting bugs on site,
I would like to know that, how much different is the code for running the system on MAC, And from where i will get the guidence for this?

Thanks

it would help if you posted a link, in order for people to check your site, and maybe identify any rogue code

Someone check it under IE 5.2 (or if you're feeling enthusiastic, IE under Classic). I would but I'm at work. I'll do it tonight if noone else has.

It looks ok in Mac IE (and firebird 0.7.1), but I wasn't sure what to check. Overall seems ok, but I didn't try to book anything.....where are the problems being reported?

Also, find out what browser is being used? If it Netscape 4 on a Mac, then the OS is not going to be the determining factor.

I have the flu so I'm not feeling like going through your code right now, but here are some things to check on:

• Is the scripting Windows-specific? (JavaScript of JScript) (For example, having the submit button on your front page require scripting is not such a hot idea. A normal button ought to work fine)

• If it's a visua/layout issue, keep in mind that IE Mac and IE Win have different bugs, and need different workarounds.

• Does it work in all of the Windows browsers? (Opera, IE, Mozilla) Often testing in another browser on the same platform may show bugs seen in another OS.

Hopefully that helps a little, post back with any more info.
We need less Democrats and Republicans, and more people that think for themselves.

Just fine in IE5.2 (OS X) and Safari. Some small discrepancies in IE(Classic).

The main thing I notice is a blue underline on the "Advanced Search" and "Late Availability" links. The problem is probably with using "style='bottom-line: no;" Instead, use "style='text-decoration: none;".

Also, define fonts in px rather than pt, as stated before.

You should also define some back up font types, or a general serif type.

P.S> I charge $45/hour, the bill is in the e-mail :-p

Unfortunately the quality of your work is not up to par with the site designers we look for. Take a look and if you have some ideas, let me know. http://www.modernlifestylemeds.com. I will wait to hear from you.
