I used to have webalizer working. but now it just seems to hang up after saying "History file not found...". even if i show it where the history file is it still hangs up and never does anything. anyone have any ideas? i tried finding and removing all its parts and installing the newest version but it still doesnt work.

thanks

It sounds like a permission issue. Make sure to chown the log files its supposed to read, and the webalizer dir (and files/folders inside) in var/www/html/ to the user:group for the respective site. For example, on my server where I had a problem, the user:group should have been admin1:admin1 but they somehow got changed to root:root.

I used to use webalizer until I found:

Check it out. I think you'll be amazed.
