I will be updating a church website and I want to use Dreamweaver. I know the previous person used Frontpage. Is there a way to "import" the whole website and then make edits and whatnot?

Also how difficult is it to learn flash? I would like to have some basic animation or motion on the introduction page.

Thanks..

Dreamweaver has a 'sites' pane, select the base folder which contains the entrie site and it will automatically catalog it for you.
If the site is on a remote server you will want to download a copy of it to your local machine first, and then have dreamweaver autosyncronize with the version on the server.
