Quick question:

Looking for a good forum/site to look/post for php, mysql, site admin, as well as html programmers and db developers to hire on a contract basis for projects with a small ad/design firm? primarily looking for experienced and professional developers, not designers.

any suggestions would be great!

the only site I've heard of is http://www.itmoonlighter.com/ ... can't vouch for the quality of the individuals who do the work.

you could also try posting on craigslist.org there are city by city subsites...

I've taken jobs that I've seen posted in the WebDeveloper forums right here on MacNN. Some of them were even PHP/database jobs for smaller ad agencies.
