Does anyone know if there's a way for me to save my safari bookmarks to an xml or html file so that they can be posted onto a website or at least grabbed as a file using remote access? I'm looking for an easy way to use and even update my bookmarks remotely from other machines.

Do you have .Mac? If so, you can access them at bookmarks.mac.com and sync them with iSync.

Other than that, an AppleScript could up/download them to a site.

Your safari bookmarks are at:

~/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist

And plists are a form of html. If you are good with XSLT you could easily create a simple transform sheet to make this anything you want.
