I have decided to incorporate some buttons into my homepage. I have a frame on the left currently displaying text links to parts of my site - 'Gallery' 'About' 'Contact' etc.

I have built some buttons to replace them with, but am unsure how I incorporate them into the html (which I wrote with simple text).

The main thing is how do I get the gif to the correct size - the button itself is correctly sized at 29 px lenght, but the gif is 600 by 600 pixels - how do I lose all the white canvas around my button?

Set the parameters of the button using this html code......

<img src="button.gif" width="29" height="600"></img>

If the button is actually 600x600 you'll have to use some image editing software, the "crop" tool.
