I'm looking for a program that allows you to visually model (similar to Microsoft Visio) a database, setting up the tables, columns, keys, realationships, etc. and then exports the code to create that database (CREATE TABLE ... etc).

Does anyone know if there is a program out there now that does this?

Thanks.

Try Omni Graffle, it is so much better than Visio. I find it very productive with my projects. They also have a stencil set for designing Databases (MySQL, among others).

EDIT: It does not export out the code to create the database, AFAIK.

I totally forgot about Eclipse -- It's and IDE (free, of course) it has a plug-in called Clay -- It will let you do exactly what you want; graphically create database tables/index/etc. and then have it create the SQL script (or DDL) for you. It is simply awesome. But there are a few problems reverse engineering a database (which it claims to do; but I've yet to try it); especially M$-Access DB files.
