I need to a free XHTML cross platform rich text editor, for a projected I am doing for a computer class. I am going to be using PHP and MySQL, to build a database driven web site, with content management system. I've been looking for such a text editor, but I can't find one that’s free and that uses XHTML.

Does anyone have any ideas?
