Dreamweaver. Even my mum and sister can use it. (seriously, they have their own websites made with it. Well, web-'site' could be an exaggeration, webpages perhaps)
Anyway, Dreamweaver. I fired up GoLive the other day and I was confused as hell! (well, for a few minutes anyway)
So, uh, Dreamweaver.

never used it, so i dunno. i hand coded, then started using Dreamweaver at the place i worked in (i made them buy it so that the unit actually functioned as a unit, on time, no messy coding). i don't think i've ever even installed Freeway? hmm.
