Hello,

My palm programming endeavours are progressing, and I am now at the point at which I want to add bitmap graphics to my app. What I am looking for is a cheap/free app for my Mac which will allow me to prepare these small bitmaps, in all possible bit depths, easily and without all the faff needed for high quality photo manipulations.

Any suggestions?

GraphicConverter should suffice.
