Could someone shed some light on how the slide effect was created to scroll between pages. It's not Flash since we don't have that installed here at work. It's kind of a cool effect, although I'm wondering if it would get annoying to use after a while. Input?

It's just a really really wide page, and you only see part of it in the 'viewport' frame. Clicking on a link at the bottom calls the scrollBy() method (standard - as in built in) to the part of the page they want you to see.

To make it look like it's sliding, they put it in a for loop and call scrollBy until you get to where you are supposed to be. Does that make sense?

Edit:
To make it more clear, see here: http://www.cubedesigners.com/english/mainframe-1.htm
Just who are Britain? What do they? Who is them? And why?

I figured the annoying part would set in, although to the average user, that's still an "uh-ah" effect. That's interesting the way that is done, though. I still don't think I'll use it. Thanks, Black Book.
