As a Student ADC member, will I get access to the SDK/API of the syncing in Tiger?

I am keen on trying to use this for some projects, and I would hate to wait until next year before I can do that.

Only Apple knows at this point... some years, all Student developers have received Mac OS X prerelease seeds almost as often as Select and Premier developers, other years the only student seeding was the distribution at WWDC.

Really? I thought only those with Seed Keys have had access to the seeds in the past. Student and Online accounts don't have Seed Keys, but I think in the past they have received them if they have attended WWDC (and therefore got the WWDC Seed, so they get all the rest).

So, I wouldn't count on it.
