Can anyone point me to a good tutorial to offering 128 bit encryption between server and browser? It would be very helpful for a few projects.

http://www.apache-ssl.org/
It's not a tutorial, I'm afraid. I'm assuming you're serving pages that you want to be encrypted until the visitor sees them, is that right?
Just who are Britain? What do they? Who is them? And why?

I should point out that I don't use apache-ssl but apache using mod_ssl.

I can't tell you the differences (since I've never used apache-ssl - but they are two completely different products (with mod_ssl starting off as a branch of apache-ssl I think)), and the only reason I use mod_ssl instead is because it came bundled with Slackware 9.1. I don't know which is better, nor do I particularly care at the moment

Anyhoo - check it out here: http://www.modssl.org/
(oh, and the documentation that comes when you install mod_ssl is superb . It can be found at http://localhost/manual/mod/mod_ssl/ once you install it).
