Is anyone else having trouble installing the developer tools with 10.4? I can't seem to get it to work - my new 1.2 Tools CD seems to install everything, but I don't think it finishes because it says it had errors while installing. I tried downloading the latest from ADC, but that was a waste of time because it only installs on 10.3.x.

Any ideas? (or have I broken my NDA and I will soon be arrested?)

Thanks,
Matt Fahrenbacher

You haven't yet. But anyone who would help you would.

From someone who hasn't signed an NDA:

If you have 10.4, then you should use the tools that came with it. I wouldn't expect the 1.2 tools to work.

OH! I expected it on a separate CD. You mean that obvious alias in the root directory of the DVD? I should have checked that out in the first place... wait, I think there's someone at my door...

You know, no offence and all, but it's really retarded to try and install developer tools across major releases of OS X. Don't do it, Luke... uh... Matt..
