Hi I need to set up a webcam in a house and a little site, whats the best/cheap solution to make it ?
To allow people watch the webcam, they need to pay.
The webcam thing that reloads every 5 seconds is not good, I need a realtime solution.

It can be done with Flash communication server, although the software is a little on the pricey side.

If you have an iSight you can use Quicktime Broadcaster (free download on apple site). But before that you need to find a ecomerce solution for your users to pay, after they pay they can access the pages that contain the live broadcast.
