I have a filemaker pro db that I want to have accessable over the web. This is a toy site, so I'm not looking to spend any $$.

I have 2 web servers that I can publish pages to for free. One is a Linux box, and the other a Win 2K box.

I know ASP and enough PHP to be dangerous. However all ASP I have used has always been to connect to an Access or SQLServer DB...never a filemaker DB.

I've been looking around and I can't find any information on whether or not there is a free way I can create webpages using a FM DB. NOTE: I don't have the ability to install software on to either of the web servers. So I am looking for something that works the way MS Access does where you can simply upload the DB and connect using ODBC.

Can anyone tell me if what I am looking to do is possible?

Thank you,

O
B unce!

Unless you make a static site, there is absolutely no way to do so without installing software on the servers. If you were to remove that constraint, then installing FileMaker is the easiest solution, and there are lots of more arcane solutions.
