Any KHTML Browser for Windows?

Anyone know of a KHTML browser for Windows? I was thinking that perhaps it would provide a similar rendering to Safari on Windows for testing purposes. Is Konqueror available for Win? I read that it was, but could not find a download anywhere.

There is a project over at sourceforge that might have an initial beta/alpha in another month, but nothing solid at this point.
