Hi,

I am planning on starting a dating service website. It will be a free dating service site, so I don't need any software that has paypal or credit card processing. I need it to be easy to add features and easy to customize.

It would be best if the software had a lot of features, and open source and free. However, I may pay up to $100 for it as well.
