I'm going to buy a domain through godaddy.com. Let's call that domain www.macintologist.com

I want to host the material on my iDisk since I pay 100 a year for that and don't want to pay extra when I don't have to.

In godaddy, it says please enter the nameserver addresses, but I don't know what that would be. How can I have a domain I purchase simply forward to my homepage.mac.com web address, while still maintaining the "www.macintologist.com" in the url bar?

For example, when people type in www.macintologist.com and hit return, I want the url to remain the same while it loads my .mac page, rather than have the url change to homepage.mac.com/username. For privacy reasons.

When setting upi your Godddy account you need to use web forwarding. This way you can direct all the traffice to your www.home.mac.com/macaccount

I have used Godaddy multiple times and I have 3 websites going to my .mac account. Hope this helps...

thank you very much for your input - I was needing to use that .mac account or get rid of it and I wanted to keep for many reasons. I know there are cheaper services but the 250 MB seems like a decent deal.
