Not sure if this question exactly belongs here but I know people on this section will know what I'm asking.
Recently - in the past month or so, maybe a little longer - I've noticed a sudden change for the worse in the way my internet connection works. Although my connection is solid - never down - and there are no problems with my browsers, often I will not be able to load a web address that I know is correct. Repeated refreshes will eventually load the page. Things also seem slower to load, generally.
I'm with pacbell.net via yahoo.
Have there been any changes in the way the internections are handled since this time? A change in switches or something?
