Hi,

can you tell me what I will get with a ADC Select membership from Apple?
Is it right that I will receive the following items:
Hardware Discount
OSX 10.3 Panther
OSX 10.3 Panther Server(unlimited Clients or only 10?)
Pre-Release versions of Tiger and Tiger Server
Final version of Tiger and Tiger Server when they are released(as a student developer you get the final version of a new OS when it is released)

Is this right or not? It would be nice if someone can confirm this or correct me in a few things. Thanks!

Basically correct.

However, keep in mind that the OS licenses you get are supposed to be used for development purposes only.

That is to say, Apple expects you to load OS X Server on a box and test your apps on it. It does not expect you to take your copy of OS X Server and run your production web server and email server on it. It expects you to buy a regular commercial license for that.

Similary, it expects you to load OS X client on the machine on which you develop, or test machines. Not on your brother's computer, the receptionist's computer, etc.
