However, keep in mind that the OS licenses you get are supposed to be used for development purposes only.
That is to say, Apple expects you to load OS X Server on a box and test your apps on it. It does not expect you to take your copy of OS X Server and run your production web server and email server on it. It expects you to buy a regular commercial license for that.
Similary, it expects you to load OS X client on the machine on which you develop, or test machines. Not on your brother's computer, the receptionist's computer, etc.
