Alright I know this is completely the wrong place to ask, but I don't belong to any other forums, and find this place nice and friendly.

Here we go,

How do I get access 2003, yes I know not the right place, to startup showing a form and no application window at startup?

I can get the form to show on startup no problem, but I would really would like it to hide/remove the application window leaving the form floating on the desktop

I have done lots of google searches but I can't find anyway of remove the actual access application window.

I'm sure someone must know if this is possible within VBA? I don't want to use VB, as I don't have admin privelages to install after each recompile, in access I can tweak within my existing permissions.

Thanks for any help,

If anyone knows where to post this that might be more appropriate I'll gladly move along

I don't know about 7, but with 6 you needed the developer edition to create "windowless" apps. But ya... we really aren't being helpful. But that is to be expected when asking a Windows-specific question on a Mac message board.

I have file maker pro 7 on my mac,no used it much to be honest, but this is for work and I have no admin rights, I guess I'll just have to settle with what I've done.

Cheers
