I work for a national real estate company. They provide online classes with 2 way audio. The tech department does NOT provide any support for Macs. Their agent website is not fully functional with Macs. Why don't they provide support. Lazy, anti-Mac, incompetent or is there really that much effort to support the platform??? I dont know much about programming but it seems to me like almost everything else works on my computer. Id like to be a little more educated before I start ranting and raving.

Thanks

It does not take much work to ensure that a site is cross-platform compatible. The IT staff responsible for that site is being lazy. Unfortunately, complaining will probably not accomplish a whole lot.

If a site uses webstandards and doesn't rely on things like - IE's implementation of JavaScript - or ActiveX plugins. Then it should work.

Run the site through the w3c validator - http://validator.w3.org/
