Is there a JavaScript command I can use to set an iTunes track rating? In AppleScript, one could say something as simple as "set rating of current track to 100" -- but I have no idea how to do this in JS.

From the context of Dashboard, the easiest thing might be to write an AppleScript and call it as a system call using the osascript command-line tool.
