I'm not sure if this is frames or not, but I would like to scroll the left (main part of page) while keeping the right (navigational part) stationary. The problem is with using html frames is that doing this the scroll bar is in the middle (between the left and right parts) and looks bad. My question: is there a way that i could get the scroll bar back all the way in the right side of the window and out of the middle?
