Hello, I need to be able to find out if the current page that's loaded is inside of frame. I need this because I need frames, and I want to prevent people from linking to the bottom frame directly (because I need the top frame to be displayed). If this involves javascript then please be describe the solution with as much detail as possible because I know very little javascript (but plenty of java!).

Thanks for any help!
