Purchased a Sony Digital Video Camera which I just found out is not compatible with the Mac I have. Does anyone know if there is software out there to bridge the two? Really wanted to do some multi-media stuff! Thanks.

1) This is not a developer topic.
2) I thought all Sony digital video cameras had iLink (IEEE1394) support for sending DV streams. Are you sure you are using the right cable? More info might help us figure out your problem, rather than the overly ambiguous "I gots a sony camera and it don't work with my mac." Like, you know, what kind of mac do you have, what kind of sony camera do you have...
signatures are a waste of bandwidth
especially ones with political tripe in them.

It may be one of those that records in compressed MPEG on some proprietary tape. If so, I think you're out of luck...
What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.
