Hello,

I would like to have your opinion on how i could get into applescript.
I am new to mac and also AppleScript but i would like to use the powerful AppleScript in order to improve the way i use my powerbook.
does anyone can tell me how i can get easily into it (like a book, website and so on) and also where i can find a place on the net where i can ask questions if i am stuck somewhere.

thanks for your help

If you're running OS X 10.4 (Tiger), Automator might be a good way to start. Just do a search on Amazon or Bookpool.com for 'automator' to find some books.

There are also books available on AppleScript itself. I wouldn't recommend the one published by Friends of Ed.

And, of course, you can hit the forums as suggested by Diggory.
