I really like this file submission page. Has anyone built a page like this? Can you give any tips or pointers on how to do this?

there are many ways to do file uploading

the most simpliest is make a html page with your forum so they can be filled out. then have the action of the forum to go a php page that will upload the file somewere...

doing a google search for this will return many ways to do file uploads for php

Wow. Did a little research- and I'm loving this. There are so many pre-scripted, ready made things available that it makes it easy for a neophyte like me never actually learn how to do any hard scripting. I understand the basics- but not much beyond that! My host actually has Fantastico that simply installs this script on the website for you automatically.

This was amazingly simple!
