I have done this when drawing lines and such but i'm having the worst time with this. When I try and use the erase tool within the symbol or on the stage it doesnt erase anything. If i hold it down and drag it does but then as soon as i let go it's gone and nothing has been erased. This should be sooo simple but for some reason I am having this problem. I hope someone han help as I want to u this effect in an animation im doing. I am new to all this so bear with me.
