Ok, here's what I want to do, someone, let me know if it's possible.

Pick 20 of my favorite songs
Create a webpage where i can list those songs, and why i like them
Create an area that viewers can listen by clicking play or stop for each song

is that legal? other than flash, how can i do it?

If your 20 favorite songs are released under the creative commons license, yes, that would be legal. Otherwise, highly doubt ful.

This could probably be pullled off with an Applescript set up as a CGI, or a very simply with quicktime, but your users probably don't want to wait for a page full of songs to load.

You could join the iTunes Affiliate Program at http://www.apple.com/itunes/affiliates
or post an iMix at the iTMS and describe why you like each song orwhat it means to you.
